Selama praktek ibu-ibu diajarkan cara membuat 2 (dua) jenis manisan yaitu manisan kering dan manisan basah, dengan bahan baku sayuran yang ada di desa seperti cabai hijau, paprika, tomat, dan wortel. Pemberian meta benzoat dalam metode pembuatan manisan sayuran yang disampaikan Mba Rara menjadi pengetahuan baru bagi ibu-ibu di Desa Gebrong.
Ibu-ibu senang mengikuti pelatihan ini, karena ternyata pembuatan manisan menjadi lebih cepat dan bisa mengurangi biaya gas.
